We are currently starting to change our website over from QUICKTIME to FLASH playback of all videos. Both can be gotten for FREE for both Apple and PC computers:

>>STOPPING & STARTING PLAYBACK
This site is design for high bandwidth connections. If the video keeps stopping that is because your connection is not fast enough. Just hit the pause key and wait for it to download for a minute, then press play again. We would LOVE to get feedback from you! If you are having this problem please let us know! We may decide to lower the quality of the videos so more people can see them in the future.

If you already have the above and you can't hear any sound, it is because you need a newer version. Please download it from the link above.

>>OTHER PROBLEMS
We have checked this site on both Internet Explorer and Netscape on both IBM and Macintosh machines, and with various chipsets. You should find no errors, BUT if you encounter a problem, PLEASE contact us so we can correct it!
